IN-PERSON PSYCHOLOGY
A warm, welcoming space to feel heard
InsideOut Health Co provides in-person psychological support for adolescents (12+) and adults from our private practice in Camden.
We understand that reaching out for support can feel like a big step. Our aim is to provide a comfortable, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can work towards meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

WHAT TO EXPECT
1. Book your appointment
Choose an available appointment online. If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from your GP, you can provide these before your first session.
2. Your first session
Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know you and understand what has brought you to therapy.
We'll talk about what's currently happening, what's important to you and what you would like to get out of therapy. You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to work on. We can figure that out together.
3. Ongoing support
From there, we'll develop an individualised approach based on your needs, goals and preferences.
Therapy may involve developing practical strategies, understanding patterns, building emotional regulation skills, processing difficult experiences or simply having a safe space to talk things through.
